Refund & Cancellation Policy
 
HB Capital Solutions provides business strategy consulting and funding advisory services for funeral homes. All consulting, application, processing, and service fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Services are considered started once we begin reviewing client information, providing consultation, preparing a funding request, or identifying potential funding options. Cancellations made before services begin may be eligible for a refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and refunded when appropriate.
 
Payment to HB Capital Solutions does not guarantee funding or approval. Funding decisions, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by third-party lenders and financial institutions. A funding denial does not qualify for a refund once services have been provided.
 
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
